Unprofessionalism - Identity

I app**** for an Identity account +/- 1 month ago, after application i received a sms Your R750 in FREE vouchers + R750 identity account limit are waiting for you! tj lewin, take your ID to any Identity store to complete your application.T&C's apply. last week i received a called as i had not yet activated account and was told the same you have a R750 credit limit and have until the end of June to activate, i then went to the Identity store in the Promenade Mitchells Plain, cape town to activate my account, i was told that i only have a credit limit of R500. one questioning this providing proof of my SMS and the call i got the most unprofessional attitude from both the sales lady and lady that authorized the account, i was told its due to my affordability, then i was told to call the head office to question the credit limit. the consultant i spoke to advised that a credit check is done on my name weekly and that is why the credit limit has dropped... who is giving them authority to do weekly credit checks on my name, this drops my scoring and is not allowed. my wife works in retail and works directly with the CBA and advised me that my score drops every time a check is done by a creditor, so knowing they keep checking to drop my scoring not allowing me to get credit anywhere else. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CANCELLED!!!!! i also give my wife authority to discuss this account with you, she can be contacted on **********

[06/07, 10:58] Thomas: And also say that the first thing that girl told me when asking about the credit limit is your credit score is too low infront of the whole store as if she can see my score or has an idea of what it looks like not knowing that my credit score is among the highest in south africa and the reason for a low starting credit is because i have no debt
[06/07, 10:59] Thomas: What is my credit score doing in her mouth infront of the whole store and the stinking non interested attitude argumentive attitude maked me sick

Prove that identity does not care about customer service or dare i say people residing in mitchell's plain as the incedent happened in mitchell's plain as i have not recieved any response or contact from identity in any shape or form i live in milnerton cape town and like i said it was the worst customer service i have ever recieved if i had gone to canal walk which is the closest mall to me this i can promise would not have esculated to this i just happened to ve in mitchells plain attending a funeral of a life long family friend and being in the area popped in to liberty promenade mall to activate the account WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! and i do think that it is so wrong that the people on the cape flats get treated like ******* like nothing N.B The customer is what maintain the existance of any store or business without the customer there is no store please imprint that into your staff serving your clients supporting your stores on the cape flats because my next step is the OMBITSMAN
