Unnacceptable Service!!!

I would like to complain about the service my husband and son experienced at your Southgate branch by one of your male employees (not sure of the name but would be glad to go and get it to get a resolution)<br> My family were shopping and the assitant was extremely rude and unhelpful.<br> He kept following them around as if they were there to ***** and everytime they asked for a size he abruptly answered that they don't have the size without even checking.<br> He then very rudely asked what it is that they wanted in the shop.<br> My husband told him how rude he was and he didn't seem phased at all. They then left the store very upset.<br> Why would you treat your customers this way??? My husband has an account with Identity and we spend over R1000 a month there.<br> I am a manager in a service industry and we do not treat our customers this way, our staff would be dismissed if they were that rude to a customer<br> I demand urgent feedback as to how this matter is going to be handled!<br> You can call my husband on his cell - you should have his details on record<br> <br> Mr/Mrs Armonville
