UNI*** CHANGE ROOMS ALLOWING SOMEONE TO VIDEO
I already tried handling this confidentially not to ruin the name of the store but due to no response I will make this public. A young lady was in the dressing room when she saw someone videoing her from underneath the door when she went to ask the employees standing at the change room entrance they claimed to have seen nothing, the manager at the time made victimized her saying why couldn't she scream the staff refused to comply with the police who then said there is no case. If you allow a uni*** change room can't you monitor what's going on??! Disgusted that I reported this to the head office and no one bothered to respond. I hope female customers who read this don't go to your store again because how many aren't even aware that they could be videoed whilst undressing. These were regular customers of yours but clearly you have enough profit to care about the little people!!!

Truworths goes to great lengths to provide our customers with a safe and secure shopping environment. We were truly concerned to read of the unfortunate incident and liaised with the Store Manager. He informed us that he immediately enquired with the staff members who were on duty at the fitting room at the time however regret that they could not assist as by the time the matter was reported more customers had entered and exited the fitting room.
We can assure you Truworths co-operates with any investigation launched by the South African Police Service.
