Unhelpful and unbothered Identity Cape Town office staff

Identity clothing staff is the best across the board. They are helpful and friendly...unfortunately i can't say the same about the Cape Town call centre staff..they lack customer service to the core! All of them. Very useless..ive been a loyal paying account holder for 7 years , took my time to call them only to waste my time!👎🏽 i can't wait to pay it off and close the account for good!
