UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Identity and Truworths are the worst c when it comes to eating people's money i was paying my accounts never missed any payments my account weren't on arrears was left with Small amount to pay them off and close them when I went to pay them in a store I found out that there's an amount that has been added on both my accounts even been handed over to Lawyers without my knowledge or notice NOTHING!! WHY WOULD YOU HAND OVER AN ACCOUNT THAT'S HAS BEEN PAID I TOLD THEM I'M NOT WORKING THAT'S WHY I'M PAYING A SMALL A MOUNT SO THAT I CAN FINISH WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO FINISHING MY ACCOUNT IS BEING HANDED OVER WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION EVERYDAY THERE'S AN AMOUNT THAT I'M BEING CHARGED I DON'T KNOW WHY
