Unhappy customer

I bought pairs of bra and panties at Identity wonderpark on the 09 May 2022 when i got home i realized that they are too small and they still have prices on and still tied together to show that i did not wear them. When i try to exchange to get the right size they refuse to take them. im stressed, i don't know what to do as i don't have any girl child that i can give them to her.
