Unhappy client

I have ordered online, made my payment, 5 to 7 working days. After 8 working days items did not arrived at selected store. Went to store and the assistant bad. No urgency in calling or finding out what is happening to my items. Was a birthday gift and had to buy another gift for the party. I will never requested items Online from Identity they Don't keep to their word
