Unfair

My identity account has handed over at truworths due to non-payment... My due date was on 03/05/20 payment has been made on the listed date and I gave them my banking details for debit order due to covid-19 they didn't deduct at all .. today called them one of rude consultant told me that my are no longer working it's closed but the payment has been made . I don't recommend identity for their poor services
