*****ulent account opened in my name still no action taken.
I’m so inconvenienced. Someone was able to open and Identity and a Truworths account with my name. I submitted all the documents they asked me to submit to prove it’s not me but the accounts still haven’t been clothings and now it’s affecting my credit score. Please assist. Now it looks like I’m defaulting on payments.
