Truworths Group not recommended for credit.
For the past two years my account has always been up to date. I made a mistake by excluding the last digit on my account number, however, payment was processed on the 26th of November. Truworths deemed it fit to hand me over to debt collectors and tarnished my credit record after I phoned in and explained this to serval consultants.
I would never recommend having an account with this group, they are not very helpful and will place you in ICT for a small mistake.
I was only made aware of the matter via SMS yesterday and today debt collectors are calling me.
This has been very unpleasant experience and I would like to close my account with this group and not recommend it to anyone looking to open up a clothing account.
