Am so not happy with Identity and how they do things. My account was owing R440 however today when I paid 250 and my current balance went to R416.27 that's after I received a message saying my current balance is 480 which I totally understand due to that I missed a payment however one cannot explain what happened here one thing forsure am closing my account.
