Theft

Good morning, i have an account with identity, i havent been paying the account due to unemployment and when i went to pay the account on the first month i was told my account has been handed over for collection but they accepted my payment, i go for the second month to try settle it and im told i cnt pay them because im supposed to be paying the collectors which i dnt knw nor have they contacted me. Now i want the money they accepted the other month because my debt stays in one position though they took my money.
