The store manager refused to attend me as a customer, I was in the store in the morning for exchange, they said i must bring the store card and id number

The store manager refused to attend me as a customer, I was in the store in the morning for exchange, they said i must bring the store card and id number. Fine, around 15:58 i came in the store with those things. The security said its closed, but the store manager said i can come anytime for this exchange. When i come in the store she refused to attend me as she promised to do so. When i asked his/her name, the secutity said Its Siphokazi. I am not happy tu with their service.
