The Call Centre is absolutely useless ***
<p>For the past 2 weeks Identty have been phoning on our Truck and Trailer Lead line that we pay for looking for a Mr Dlamini. They have been told on numerous occasions that there is no such person working for us. When the calls are made after hours it comes through on our email as a lead for a client interested in a truck.</p> <p>Why couldn't the first Call Centre agent remove our Truck and Trailer Lead number fron their database as it obviously the wrong number??????</p> <p>They are wasting our resources, time and money!!!!!</p>
