The Best service ever!!!!!!
I have received the best service from the two staff at Identity, Clearwater mall. Those two guys Albert and Portia did more than what was expected from them. I would like to say thank you to both of them for the service they gave me yesterday. They did not have stock of the item I was looking for, however, Portia called someone from her house to get the style number as she bought it so that they get the style number for them to get it for me from other branches. Albert immediately called few branches. It was late already and almost time to go home, however, they still assisted and got me the item from Craddlestone branch. I will be collecting my garment today. Thank you ..thank you.. thank you guys. Really appreciate your effort.
