The Best Identity Team is at Festival Mall!

Thank you to the wonderful team at Identity Festival Mall. I had an issue regarding an Identity card and even though the team worked tirelessly to contact their head office, head office was unable to help. But thankfully the team was so determined to assist, they even stayed after store hours to resolve my issue. A special thanks to the manager (Forgive) and the cashier (Thabisile). If it were not for you guys, I would have not had anything to wear to a special family function. The guys at head office can truly learn a lot from your customer service and management style. I will be sure to refer anyone else will issues to you.
