The beautiful Sonia Mageza
It was on Saturday the 20th June 2015 when me and my sister went to IDENTITY Soshanguve Crossing to find some clothes. When we were at the fitting rooms, the lady by the name of Sonia Mageza helped us but we didn't realize that she provided us with the incorrect discs. After fitting, my sister then went out of the rooms but Sonia asked where are the other items because she had a disc that had 4 items but my sister only had 1 item. when I tried to come out, my disc had 1 item but I had 4 items. Then she accused us that we swapped the discs then we asked what will we benefit even if we swapped them. We even said to her that she made a mistake and she must accept that but she just gave us an attitude and she didn't even want to apologize. I then asked want her name is, but she just gave me this attitude and didn't even want to provide me with her name but one of the staff members gave me her name.<br> The problem with attitude in the shops starts with the managers because they only hire people just because they are looking for work, they don't check the person's attitude.
