Vosloorus Identity you've done it again... I went shopping Last week Saturday and I can't help but to express my gratitude for the customer service I've received from this specific staff member in Identity. I was assisted by KOPANO, I still remember her name. The lady was so kind and very patient. She was not only giving me the best customer service but I've noticed she was consistent with her customer service, smiling ,communicating effectively and thanking every customer for shopping at identity. She even offered me an account and went and extra mile explaining the benefits , Thank You Kopano for representing your company well. Shine!! Gurl ;)
