I just want to say that im extreamly happy with Identity in Heidelberg mall.. Ive had an issue because they strugle to link a card for me. I was there Yesterday, they tried again and could link it because i also have a (3 Pay account) Sarah went out of her way to help me, and also the lady with her (i forgot her name but it starts with an M) Thank you Sarah for your very very good customer service! I can see that you really want to do you best for the clients. (Sarah managed to fix the card issue, and called me to go and pick it up) Thank you ladies for always haviing a friendly face, and talk to your clients like you know them for years.. THANK YOU
