Terrible service from identity chatsworth centre

I purchased a perfume from identity chatsworth centre on 2024-01-27 upon my arrival home i noticed the perfume cap was out and the perfume was empty , i called the branch and was instructed to come in by Courtney and upon arriving i was greeted by an unfriendly and unhelpful manager by the name of Brandon , who proceeded to make it i made up the entire story as he asked me where i went and what i did after , he wasnt interested in helping me he did not refund me or replace the bottle however the bottle was taken from me, the manager said if i have an issue contact customer care i have a video of when i opened the perfume as proof of how it was as well as the story not making any sense as if i broke the bottle it would of been cracked visibly terrible service , this manager does not know how to conduct himself and how to show decency i will never ever shop at identity ever again and will advise everyone to never shop there again
