Terrible Online Department

I ordered a pair of jeans online on the 5th of April 2025. The incorrect size was delivered 4 days later. On the same day as the jeans was received, I.e., the 9th of April 2025, I sent an email to the online team advising that the incorrect size was delivered. I had forwarded the email confirmation to prove that the size delivered did not correspond to the size ordered.

On the 14th of April, I received communication that my query had been escalated. 6 months and countless emails to Identity later, and no resolution from the online store.
