Temporary id issue
So i app**** for an account via phone and was told i qualify in order to activate the account i must go to the store pity i was told the dont take a temporary id at identity Birch Acres Mall my question is if i lost my id during lockdown and can only access temporary id that means i cant be helped so whats the use of having a temporary id in south africa?im not happy with their service
