Temporary id

I have recently app**** for your account and it said approved and should go instore so i would like to ask cause i lost my id book die to *****t and home affairs is only doing temporary due to covid-19 so what should i do? Do u accept m to use the temprary? N if truly ma account is approved plz do reply
