Store refused to give me my order. Close the account
Hi, you recently refused to give me my order. I then instructed you to cancel it and refund me. Please advise why the order is not yet canceled. Please advise why you refusing to close the account. This is unacceptable.

Today I was at your Midrand to close this thing, and your store manager told me straight that they don't accept temporary ID. ***? I asked for a policy, I was shown some ***** copy. To cut the long story short, you guys don't have a policy for what type of IDs are acceptable or not, beside, a temporary ID is a valid ID, you only pull this stupid stunts where your customers are black. Last week I was in Cape town andy friend closed his account with expired license. Anyway, I am glad to be out of this rude service. Make sure that you cancel it and never contact me again. That lady on the phone who is supposed to be a manager kept on insulting me. Bye Lena batho.
