Still waiting for my online order that's been collected by the courier.

ordered online 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order, only received a call yesterday morning and was advised my order is on its way and if anyone will be home i advised yes, no one came does it take that long to get an order delivered, bad service I am so disappointed. I am still waiting for my order no email or message indicating what time order will arrive I mean a whole 2 weeks almost 3.
