Still waiting for my money to be found

I have been waiting for 4 months for identity to pick up my payment as payment was done to them but they apparently could not find it i was told to continue making my monthly installments nd they would look for other payment made. I'm still waiting and i didnt receive any feedback for 4 months they also gave me a bad credit rating due to they negligence of not being able to find the amount the month it was paid. They very fast to write u down as a bad payer and hurt your credit ratings but too DAMN SLOW TO FIND MY MONEY
