Statement query
I called this afternoon querying about my monthly statement that I have to remind you guy of each and every month as if its my responsibility to do that, however when I called I got through to one of you consultant by the name of Petronela by the moment she answered the call she didn't answer the call properly, she didn't mention her name as if am talking to a alien, she didn't even apologies for it even after I asked her why isn't she mentioning her name and to top it off she doesn't even attend to my query after I have explained to her that, why is that I should keep remind you guys about sending me my monthly statement and when you do send it you sending me the old one that I have called in for to request it , you have all the energy to be sending me about a sale you having amongst other things and remind me about spending my money to you where as you not rendering your services to me. I pay each and every month on time yet you fail to send me what am entitled for. you not making a favour by sending me those statement IT IS BY LAW TO SEND IT THROUGH TO ME. I send an email earlier requesting it to be send through to me by the end of the day still nothing.
