Staff refusing to adhere to pricetag on clothing
<p>Today I visited Identity located in Secunda Mall.</p> <p>I came across a blazer range that all blazers had a marked down price of R575. When I reached the POS to purchace a Blazer for the marked down price I was informed that it was a mistake from the staff which labeled it. I insisted on paying the amount marked down price on the tag, but was met with arrogance by the trainee store manager who was standing in for the actual store manager. The lady persistantly refused to authorize the payment of R575 and in so doing negatively effect the cliënt.</p>
