Some people should not work with people period
I've had my account for years and shopped at many branches. But my views about the store as since been distorted after I received the most appalling service from the store manager at Vaal mall. She is rude cheeky condescending etc. She interrogated me in front of staff and other patrons. I asked me all sorts of ridiculous questions and all sorts of identification forms. The attitude was seriously disgusting. She is very unprofessional. When I asked for her name she refused and when asked about the name badge she said they don't get name tags.
