I am disgusted with the telemarketing strategies of identity. they send you 100 sms's to offer credit. they then call to offer you limit increases over the phone telling you , you qualify only to decline it based on their information that you dont actually qualify on the limit. do your homework. stop forcing credit onto customers & then causing bad service. if we want more, we will come to you. if we ignore you - get the big picture. Whilst you're doing that , have your consultants brush up on their marketing s****s and basic maths.

Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to clarify your concerns.
We have reviewed your account and established that the last credit limit offer was sent in August 2016. This was based on the fact that we consider you to be an excellent customer who manages her account responsibly.
In an attempt to make the account limit increase process more effortless for our customers, correspondence is generated in the form of calls and SMS’s to inform customers of the offer. These are not sent to aggravate or inconvenience our customers and we regret that it has been perceived as such. .
This being said, we have noted your concerns regarding the service you received and have brought this matter to the attention of our Call Centre Manager to investigate and address.
We regret that you have decided to close your account with us as we truly value your patronage and sincerely hope that we can continue the relationship we have established with you over the years, by retaining you as a cash customer.
We encourage you to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
