shop negligence now they say i owe them

Even one star is not deserving. i went to identity in wonderpark somewhere in Nov 2023, i was using my store card, they told me that they are offline so they will do the sale manually. they took my card number, ID no, and name and surname. I brought the items and went home, before i even went out of the store i received an SMS that i brought items manually with my store card. Dec 2023 i decided to close my account and went to the store for the whole amount i owe so that i can pay everything up and close it, thats what happend. I paid it and phoned headoffice to close the account. Two weeks in identity calls me from wonderpark and ask me to pay the money for the clothes i brought manually with my store card. they telling me i didnt pay for them, Someone didnt do her job and now my account has been handed over to the Mbd and they call me everyday to come and pay. I dont have an account with Identity anymore and i dont owe identity anything, now im BLACKLISTED?????? HOW? WHY? im very livid with this people and their negligencey. i didnt know that they didnt chardge for those clothes since i got the sms with the items i brought, NOW this??? im not paying for this, fix this.
