Settled account yet still shows owe
I have settled my account and even received a paid up letter, yet on my credit report it still shows that I owe R225. I have spoken to someone from Identity they wanted proof and I sent them and email and they have never rep****. This account was settled in November 2023.

We can confirm that your account was paid in full. However the last 24 months profile we unable to remove or alter
An update regarding the status of your account will be sent to the credit bureau. However, your record held with them will still remain on your payment profile for twenty four months from the date that the outstanding balance was settled.
