rude manager
if I could leave one stars I would the staff st identity is very rude let me give you a break down of what happen I was walking in the identity store in promenade when natalie davids I think she is the store manager very disappointing In my opinion she needs to be fired shows me middle finger now im not too happy with this has other customers saw this and I was with my sister at the time I will not rest until the relevant disciplinary processes is done and I want regular updates or I will be going to the ombudsmen to lay a official complaint I know my rights
