Rude incompitance Store manager

I found shoes that are having special sticker not sure about gender went to the till ask fortunately the assistant told me the special is over. Then I asked who's fault is it that the shoes still got the sticker The store manager told me rudely that is not any ones fault the special is over. I then ask again I'm sure 3 times same answer and the she said what exactly do I want? She then tell the assistant to sell me the shoes without recipe so that I can not be able to return them. I then bought and return and mention she gave me bad attitude she repeatedly gave me the worst and I don't think I'll like to see here again she's rude for a managerial position
