I bought 2 jeans at identity in N1 City, I went to exchange it as it was to tight I thought I lost the slip however they know me as I'm a regular customer and exchanged it for me. When I got home the jeans were to big you're size 40 in one jeans is not the same as another colour jeans. I then went to Parow centre today to exchange it but the manager refused to. She said I must go back to N1 city get the slip and come back to parow centre. I then asked her on who's expense and she said mine. I asked her can't she phone them and ask them to fax it through as it's not my fault I didn't get it she said now. She had such a attitude and there were other clients in store. I asked her to phone N1 city and she said their line was busy but for the 10 minutes I was standing their she tried once. I phoned up customer care and they told me they will get back to me in 3 to 2 days. This is fun ken pathetic. I'm a paying client and do not deserve this treatment.
