Ripped skirt

Hi

I am writing this email and is so dissapointed how a skirt could be shipped to a client in this condition.

The skirt is ripped and unwearable. I didnt check in store when i fetched it but when i wanted to put it on it had a huge rip. Now its sold out online... I need this skirt to be replaced in same size. Skirt was bought online now I cant even be assisted to replace it with same skirt
