quality is important
I bought shoes at identity in westgate in think it was 2014 on sale. The threading on the shoes has just split but they are in good condition. I sent them back but they want a slip even though they have the branding inside. I then requested them to gave them fixed and I will cone collect them and the area manager said no.<br> <br> How does one buy from your store when the quality is so bad.<br> <br> Please advise what I can do

At Identity, our merchandise goes through a series of quality assurance tests before being approved to be sent to our stores. It might be the odd exception where a quality issue has slipped through unnoticed.
Our Returns Policy therefore allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality problem provided that the return is made within six months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
Your return could not be authorized as you did not have proof of purchase and the six months return period has expired.
This being said, we have informed the Area Manager of your concerns around the quality of our merchandise and we are pleased that she was able to resolve this matter for you.
