Quality

I bought a shirt at Identity bigger size than my normal size to avoid faults and all that i washed it once when i have to wear it for the 2nd time it was then smaller the shrinkage was on another level, took it back they then refuse to take it back and say to me it is not their fault. What a bad quality at a very high price.
