Poor service, listing innocent people for bad credit.

Terrible inconvenience. I had an Identity account, which was paid off i think a year ago. Since then i have not used the account again. Despite smses that i received from Identity that my credit limit was increased. I did not used the account again. Now since yesterday, i am receiving sms after sms, from Mbd creditors that my Identity account is in arrears. HOW?? Can they explain to me how this is possible? Identity your service is poor. You are the kind of Company that get people in trouble and on bad credit because you dont know how to do your jobs. Sort this out!!!!!
