Poor service.

Good day .I had an issue last week with identity at protea glen mall identity.i bought some underwear at identity using my identity account card.as soon as I finished paying I realised that I might have some vouchers.yes apparently I had a r150 voucher that will expire on the 27th of may.i asked the lady if I could add some items on top the underwears that I had bought.i was told that they can't credit underwears.but my question was I don't want to change but rather add some items in order for me to be able to use my voucher.they said they could not.for crying out loud I did not even step out the door with the underwear.i m very unhappy.the sales lady was so not welcoming ,very rude and no customer care
