Poor Quality

If I had an option I would have not even chosen a star, the clothing Identity sells is stylish and nice however quality is becoming a problem!One does not mind paying for an item that os worthy of the price.

Bought my husband a pair of jeans for R550 in April and the stiching tore and when I went back to the store this past Sunday was told they only have a 6month warrenty on faulty manufacting and the item was going to be shown to the store manager on Monday and I was going to be called back!Todate no callback and I have been sending correspondence and no one replies....my next visit to the store is to close my account as I do not feel valued as a customer!
