Poor handling of account

Identity retail is pathetic. They call at all hours off the day reminding to pay thee account.jus for R80. It's ridiculous. I personally couldn't pay at the time because I was in hospital giving birth and calls where coming in like there was no tomorrow. My baby was in hospital for a couple of weeks so there was no way for to pay as it was the last thing on my mind even after making payments arrangements. The service is ****** sad. And then to be handed over to the attorney's its laughable. Jus for missing a months payment. I hope many people get to see this and know how pathetic the store is. Even the clothing has become pathetic to.
