Poor Customer Service - The worst - N1 city Branch

This review is only for your N1 City Branch. I received an incorrect item from my last online order that was delivered to my home address. I went to your store but they were more concerned about their inconvenience than the inconvenience i suffered. I am sure that you as such a big company has an IT Department that you can contact for stock errors. They were also unable to send me an email or any confirmation that I have left the item in-store, wanting to me to blindly trust without evidence. I was so angry at your store manager for the horrible service that I developed a major headache which led to me not being able to drive myself home.
