Poor customer service and ********* employees @ ID in bloet mall Pretoria

I visited this shop today & bought an item with a black friday tag/markdown price after i paid i ve realised that d cost is different feom the price tag, i told the cashier & i showed d casherd while talking to the cashier a lady dat i beleive is a supervisor came showed her too , with bad attitude without even apologising, she jus teared d black friday price on the n said black friday passed long time ago we are only using the price that the sysytem charges, i was not willing to argue as she believed she knows all and i dont know CPA , i went to the security and asked for d store manager and d guard lady said the manager is busy at the back and looked like calling manager is a project i jus left n told maself i will never ever visit dt store again bt they ****** me.
