Poor closing times communication
<p>I am highly frustrated with your store in Trade Route Mall, Lenasia. I get there at 17H50 this evening and the store is closed. Only to be told that this was done on the instruction of the manager Unice. This is not the first time, that I am rushing from work to get to your store. The same thing happened last month. This is annoying and very frustrating. If Unice can decide to close early, then please communicate this to the public so that we don't have to run to support your store. Markham across the mall from your store got my purchase of R2 100. Clearly you are not in need of my support. </p>
At Identity, we have strict policies and procedures regarding our store trading times. In instances where a store will be opening later or closing earlier than the specified time, stores are required to place signage on their windows in advance to indicate this to customers.
We regret your experience in this regard and have therefore escalated your concerns to the Area Manager of the store to further investigate and address this matter with the store staff to ensure that our store policies and procedures are always adhered to, as these are in line with the high service standard we set. She has further requested your contact number for her to call you to discuss this matter.
