Poor ,broken things

So I bought earings at Identity Secunda mall on Thursday the 6th,today I wanted to put on my earings and one of the pair I wanted to wear are is broken.I went there to exchange them and the rude girl told me she can't exchange them because I was supposed to check them when I get home to see if they were any broken.She then later called her manager by the name of Amanda and she said I was supposed to return them on Friday since they were bought on Thursday like what the hell so you guys are selling broken things and we as consumers need to check when we purchase things for incase.Identity is turning into a **** store.
