Pointless online purchase
It's called online purchase but they want you to physically go to the store for collection, you can't even send someone to collect on your behalf regardless the fact that you write a letter, the money already went out. What is the point of online trading, I sent my ID copy together with a letter but still denied the product. Even after calling the online team and provided them with the reference number, they contacted the store but we were unsuccessful.
