Please close my account and update my status with relevent credit bureau's

Identity servive very very bad, I had a clothing account with them. I was not paying my account on time. It was handed over to their legal collection department .so i was paying the account with legal collection department . So now the account is paid in full and settled and i have a proof of payment and the last amount i paid it was on July 2022. So now my problem is this , when i check my clear score and credit bureau Identity account still appears active and owing . And this is affecting me big time, i can't qualify for other credits because of Identity account Please update my status and close my account with relevent credit bureau's
