Pillar to Post
Trying to reset my password on Identity Account login but receive no email or cell phone password notificatons. This has been going on for weeks now with numerous futile calls to the call centre. In desperation I updated both my registered cell number and email address with Identity and guess what,,,STILL NO NOTIFICATION FOR FORGOTTEN PASSWORD REQUEST, however, all my statements manage to reach the email address given.
