Physically abused in the shop on the 16th/09/2015
Good day,

I would like to report the embarrassment I experienced at Richards Bay Identity on the 16th September 2015 at 17:02pm.
This is what happened, I paid for my items at the till and I receive good service, on my way to exit the store, the Sensors make the noise I stepped back as to see if they responding to that noise.
I just stood waiting for them to search if there is something wrong with the items, while I am standing there was this guy who was dressed casually, no security uniform who just stood in front of me without saying a word, I looked at him as well, he just grabbed my bag, I ask him can't you even say hello sisi can I please check what's the problem? Hhai the respond to that was the vulgar language he said to me who I am wanting to be greeted I must just open this bag he want to see, I gave him the bag he gave it back, I asked, is there anything wrong? no the sensors are faulty may be, I said but I do not appreciate your approached he then pushed me in my face like demanding a fight now, I just stayed calm quite listen to all the threatening words he was firing to me. his name Syabonga Buthelezi, if he still in the shop i wont shop at there again.
